Meet the Owner

Tamara Young has a lifetime of experience in fostering community, developing meaningful relationships, creating experiences. She is the founder of Consign Couture, LLC (est. 2011).

Tamara has been a speaker for Fortune 500 companies on a wide range of topics including sustainable fashion and inspiration; styled on photoshoots for large retailers; run a successful shopping tour company focused on creating meaningful experiences for women; and is a commercial and residential property owner and landlord.

Prior to opening Consign Couture, she had a 9 year career in sales management for a global advertising company. She attended Tualatin High so the area where the store is located has a lot of built-in support and special meaning to her. Tamara attended college at the University of Oregon and at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. She lives in Southwest Portland with her fiancé and dog Miso.
