How It Works

Bring us your gently-worn items. We prefer all items on hangers (which we will return to you). Bringing your items to us on hangers keeps them wrinkle-free and also allows us to see all of your items in an organized way. If hangers aren't possible for you, bringing your clothes folded neatly in a basket or tote is acceptable.

Your items will always be looked at enthusiastically and always without judgement at Consign Couture. Our consignors are the life of our business - you and your garments will always be treated as such.

Our choosing to sell your pieces is never about personal style, but about the community of people that we serve. Basically, if we think it will sell at our shop, it will join our inventory.

If you choose to consign with us, you will then read and sign our consignor contract. Once we have priced and entered your items into our system, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to track the sales.

Your items will be in our shop for 60-120 days (depending on the item. At the end of the consignment period, you may pick up any unsold items or leave them with us to be donated.

We will give you a card at the time of consignment with the expiration date on it. It is your responsibility to contact the store on or before the expiration date to let us know that you would like to retrieve your items. We request you give us 48 hours notice to have all of your items ready for you before pickup.

If you do not make an arrangement to pick up your items before the expiration date, they will be donated.
