WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the secondhand nature of our merchandise, all online sales are considered final. Returns and exchanges are not permitted.
If you have concerns about the representation of your purchase, please send us an email at hello@consign-couture.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
Items purchased in-store may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with original tags still attached for store credit.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF ITEMS I CAN BRING IN?
Nope! We ask that you check out our best selling brands page to get a sense of what we are looking for, but bring us what you've got, however much that may be!
WHEN CAN I BRING CLOTHING IN FOR YOU TO CONSIDER FOR CONSIGNMENT?
Any time we are open and not too busy, we are happy to look at your items.
WHY DON'T YOU TAKE FAST FASHION BRANDS LIKE FOREVER 21 AND TARGET?
While we believe in giving a second life to clothing that is no longer serving you, fast fashion brands are not made to last and tend to be of a lower quality overall than what we are looking for. We focus on carrying high-quality, solid pieces that will last our customers for years to come.
AFTER AN ITEM SELLS, HOW DO I GET PAID?
If you selected store credit as your payout option, it is available for use as soon as your merchandise sells. If you selected to be paid by check, we issue checks on the 10th of every month (or next business day), which will include the previous month's sales (e.g., on July 10th, a check will be available for you to pick up for any sales that you had in June).
HOW DO I KEEP TRACK OF MY ITEMS?
Once you sign our consignor contract, we will price your items in our system within 24-48 hours. At that time, we will send you an email from our software, SimpleConsign, titled Welcome to Consignor Access. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this email within 48 hours and then contact us if it's not there either so we can be sure your email address was entered into our system correctly.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN IT SAYS "PAYOUT" IN THE SIMPLE CONSIGN SOFTWARE WHEN I LOOK AT MY ACCOUNT ONLINE?
"Payout" means we have issued you a check and it will be waiting in your file at the store starting on the 10th of the month.
CAN I HAVE MY CHECK MAILED TO ME?
Checks are to be picked up in-store only. For consignors who move out of the area or live out of the area, we will make individual arrangements for you to be paid electronically.
HOW DO I GET MY ITEMS BACK WHEN THE CONSIGNMENT PERIOD IS OVER?
Your items are active in the shop for 60-120 days. You will be given a card with the expiration date at the time of consignment. You should also be able to see the expiration date in SimpleConsign. Please call the store ON OR BEFORE your expiration date and ask for your items to be gathered together for pickup and they will be ready for you to get 48 HOURS LATER. If you don't contact the store on or before your consignment expiration date, the items you consigned become the property of Consign Couture and we assume you want them donated, regardless of your indicated preference on your contract.
CAN I COME DROP OFF A BUNCH OF GARMENTS THAT YOU CAN SORT THROUGH AND DECIDE WHAT TO KEEP AND WHAT TO DONATE? MEANING, WILL YOU DONATE FOR ME THE STUFF YOU DON'T WANT?
Unfortunately, our shop is limited on space and we can't take extra donation items. We ask that you wait for us to go through your items individually and you take anything we don't consign back out with you.
